When you request a license we collect your full name, email address, country, chosen product, MetaTrader 5 account number and server name. We never ask for account passwords, banking details or identity documents.

How we use it
The data is used exclusively to issue the license and link it to the account provided, send the key by email, provide support and enforce the limit of one demo per product per customer/account.
Sharing
We do not sell or trade personal data. Sharing occurs only with services required for operation, such as the email delivery provider and the hosting infrastructure of the license server.
Retention
License records are kept for as long as necessary to control issuance, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Security
Communication with the license server uses an encrypted connection. Administrative access to the records is restricted to the person responsible for the product.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, as well as clarification about its processing, by writing to pullbacksniper@gmail.com.
