Conditions applicable to the use of PullBackSniper DEMO and FULL licenses.
PullBackSniper is an Expert Advisor (trade automation software) for the MetaTrader 5 platform, licensed in two independent versions: PullBackSniper B3 and PullBackSniper FOREX. Purchasing one version does not grant the right to use the other.
The license is personal, non-exclusive and linked to the MetaTrader 5 account provided at the time of the request. Resale, assignment, distribution, reverse engineering, decompilation or modification of the software is prohibited.
Each product includes a free 30-day demo intended exclusively for MetaTrader 5 DEMO accounts. One demo is allowed per product per customer/account. After expiration, continued use requires a FULL license.
The user is responsible for parameter configuration, instrument selection, risk sizing, execution infrastructure and all trading decisions taken on their account.
No robot can guarantee profit or remove the risks of financial markets. Backtests, optimizations and simulations do not guarantee future results. Spread, slippage, execution, costs and market conditions may produce results different from those observed in tests.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PullBackSniper is not liable for financial losses, lost profits, broker, platform, connection or power failures, nor for use that does not comply with these terms.
Support is provided by email while the license is valid. Version updates may be made available at the developer's discretion.
